In the event of a sale, Wine Objectives will be entitled to a commission fixed according to the following scale, calculated as the amount excluding tax on the gross value of the assets transferred:

| 601 000 to 1 300 000 | 6% | 7,2% |
| More than 1 300 000 | 5% | 6% |
This remuneration will be payable on the day on which the transaction is actually concluded and recorded in a written deed.
