The housing and farm buildings are set at the heart of the property in a dominant position, enjoying beautiful views over the estate and the surrounding countryside.

The 85 ha estate includes 14 ha of planted vines, classed entirely AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence. The vineyard is well maintained and fully trellised. The vines have been planted on excellent limestone scree soil with notably Grenache Noir (44%) and Syrah (25%). Approximately 35% of the vines have been replanted within the last 10 years. 10 ha of fields could increase the total vineyard area to nearly 25 ha.
The wine produced is sold almost entirely to local wholesalers. Private bottle sales would therefore need fully developped. The geographical location of the property would make future on-site sales a viable project.
