This property, covering a total of 30 ha, is located on the outskirts of a charming village at the heart of Roussillon, just 30 mins from the Spanish border and 35 mins from Mediterranean seaside resorts. The buildings are situated at the entrance to the village with the land extending out in a star form over the surrounding countryside.

The winery was constructed in 1990 and offers a total capacity of 1 400 hl. The winery is well equipped (pneumatic press, Mercier-Sanchez crusher-destemmer, temperature control, filters…) and provides excellent working conditions over a surface area of 280 m². The winery buildings include an attractive vaulted barrel ageing cellar, an underground cellar and a well laid out wine shop. Of the total 30 ha, the property comprises 14.2 ha of vineyard classed AOP Roussillon, AOP Vin Doux Naturel and IGP. The vineyard is spread out over several plots of a variety of high quality and complementary soil types. Having been organically farmed for many years, the vines are well maintained and planed with quality varietals, enabling the production of a coherent range of excellent wines.

The property currently generates a regular annual turnover of around 200K€ with over 70% deriving from on-site sales. Thanks to the wine tourism activity, the property welcomes numerous coach trips of Russian tourists, pensioners and different leisure associations.
