CHARMING 20 HA ORGANIC VINEYARD ESTATE JUST 20 KM FROM THE COAST

This attractive vineyard estate is located close to a charming local village in the Hérault. The property is easily accessible with motorway exits just 15 mins away. Beziers and Narbonne are near at hand, as are the towns of Carcassonne, Montpellier and Perpignan with their international airports.

This eye-catching estate lends itself perfectly to wine tourism, combining wine production with hospitality.

The buildings form a U-shaped closed courtyard around the 4 cottages and the winery, accessed through a vast cast-iron gate.

The main house offers 280 m² of living space comprising a kitchen, living room, office and large dining room/sitting room that leads out through two bay windows on to the private gardens at the back. The first floor includes 5 bedrooms, 3 of which with ensuite bathrooms.
