Tucked into a curve in the Lot valley, this attractive 15 ha vineyard estate is located at 30 km from the town of Cahors. The housing and farm buildings are situated on the edge of a small village on the banks of the Lot. The vineyard is divided into different plots around the outskirts of the village.
The buildings form a courtyard on the edge of the village. The main house offers 130 m² of living space and requires full renovation. The architectural charm of the house is undeniable and characteristic of the style of the Quercy region, with its square dovecot, but it nevertheless would need some investment to bring it up to a certain level of comfort.
